Keith is a highly accomplished, results orientated, professional teacher. He has had many years of progressive experience, in highly competitive, academic environments. Keith has a track record of successfully meeting diverse and complex challenges, at home, and overseas.

Prior to becoming a qualified teacher, Keith worked for many years in industry. He started in the construction and allied building trades, where he worked as a roofing estimator, and assistant manager. He soon progressed, gaining valuable work experience, in management, marketing, and sales. Keith went on to become a sales and marketing manager and helped to develop and build market share, for the many small to medium sized firms he worked with.

Seeking to improve his management skills by acquiring more theoretical knowledge, Keith left industry to go to University. At the world famous London School of Economics he gained an Honours Degree in International Relations. At the LSE, he met with a diverse crowd of intellectuals, management students and trade unionists, and enjoyed the social and academic life that the University offered.
After attaining his honours degree, Keith went on to take a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at St Mary’s College London. After successfully completing his course Keith became a state registered teacher and taught in a variety of state and private institutions where he specialised in teaching Business Studies, Economics, and Sociology.

During his early teaching years Keith found time to study for a MSc. in Politics with Sociology at Birkbeck College – another famous College federated to London University. Some years later, he went on to take a further MA course in Economic and Social History at Birkbeck.

In recent years Keith has operated as an independent educational consultant, teacher and lecturer, working with Universities, Colleges, and Businesses, in the field of educational development and training. In the course of his work, Keith has visited Hong Kong, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Kyrgyzstan, where he has delivered revision courses, and helped develop teaching methods, on a variety of management, and marketing programmes. At present, he is the Programme Leader for the Cavendish Edexcel.
